Treatment Of Women In Western & Eastern Mythology

Women, in general mythological terms, are primarily in existence to act as man's servant, both menially and sexually. Indian mythology, on the other hand, utilizes the poor treatment of women in a slightly more domestic manner without the severity of physical harm so prevalent in Western mythology.
